Madeline's alma mater, Hofstra University, will be celebrating her memory with an endowed scholarship in her name!
The below information comes to me courtesy of Susan Murphy, Assistant Dean of the School of Communications at Hofstra:

"Memories of Madeline"
Wednesday, November 30th
6:30 p.m.
Tribeca Grill
375 Greenwich Street, NYC

Tickets are $175. The evening begins with a cocktail reception and then adjourns to the Tribeca Screening Room for a 15-minute retrospective of Madeline's work followed by warm conversation from family, friends and colleagues.

All proceeds will go to Hofstra's School of Communication for an endowed scholarship in Madeline's name. Each year, the recipient will be a television or film student whose enthusiasm for their work behind a camera is inspired by Madeline's talent in front of it.

For more information, call 516-463-5217 or email Susan.M.Murphy@Hofstra.edu.

Personally, I'm going to do everything in my power to make it up to New York for this event, and I'd urge everyone reading this to do the same. From all indications, it's going to be an incredible occasion, and an excellent chance to remember an incredibly talented woman.
